Active by Majestic Caravans proudly offer our customers a factory backed 3 year warranty on all manufactured parts and components that are used in the construction of the caravan itself.
Parts and components not manufactured by the factory are covered by that product suppliers individual warranties.
In the situation of a warranty claim, the first point of contact is the dealership from which that caravan was originally purchased. That dealership will then action a claim with the factory and the dealer will find a solution to rectify the claim directly with the client.
Aftermarket accesories and items not fitted by the factory will not be covered.
Care and caution must be taken when travelling on unsealed or ungazetted roads as damage or misuse will not be covered under warranty and is at risk of voiding the warranty also.
